Efficient night cooling
The project aims to develop control strategies for heating and ventilation systems, mechanically as well and naturally operated, that can reduce or remove comfort problems normally connected with night cooling. As a result it is expected that night cooling will extensively replace the more energy demanding active cooling during daytime. The SBi contributions to the project is to develop models for regulating night cooling and to implement them in the BSim program package for testing developed control strategies.
