The environmental house - housing, environment and quality
This project proposes to survey existing environmental knowledge in order to develop a general overview of the environmental loads of housing and to formulate a number of environmental objectives for minimising this load. Also a number of prototypes of dwellings are designed, where a coordinated environmental effort is integrated with qualitative considerations to form an architectural whole in order to achieve the clearly formulated environmental objectives. The results are to be a simple way of ensuring efficient dissemination of knowledge, wide acceptance in society and increased efforts from the parties of the building sector.
