iTekq: Innovation Intelligence Industrial design – a preproject
iTekq is a concept for the centralised integration of technical installations in future offices that develop innovative office environments and intelligent work places by exploiting industrially designed and prefabricated façade-integrated installation elements.
The iTekq preproject will investigate how a vertically integrated enterprise can be established for the building services sector based on the model for integrated systems for delivery and services.
It is the intention to establish the iTekq consortium as a vertically integrated enterprise charged with developing, marketing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining iTekq elements.
The purpose of the preproject is to investigate how it can be done based on Design, Technology, Market and Organisation.
